Bootstrap class "container-fluid" seems to make width larger then 100%.
Fixed by changing row margin to zero.

The removed classes are:
- b2access-orange
- dariah-reverse

- Improve the composer section
- Add info about the supported tags of IdPs
- Unify bullet points
- Fix typo
- Fix indentation

- Handle idps that have the tag "idps_with_logos" or
  "idps_in_searchable_list_index".
- Adjust style of separator (or) in order to support any kind of sorting of
  groups.
